About the Role
You will lead FP&A for digital infrastructure, including financial forecasting, budgeting, performance measurement, capital allocation visibility, and portfolio cost analysis. You will partner with construction, real estate development, data center operations, project controls, accounting, and leadership to translate operational complexity into actionable financial insights. You will improve reporting processes, contribute to executive and investor materials, supervise analysts, and lead special financial projects.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Strategic Finance or FP&A within digital infrastructure, data centers, or real estate development, or 4+ years of investment banking, private equity, leveraged finance, or project finance focused on real estate.
- Advanced financial modeling, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and performance measurement skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong project management and team leadership experience.
- Track record of process improvement and reporting accuracy enhancement.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong presentation and slide-building skills.
- Experience with FP&A planning software and BI visualization tools.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain short- and long-term financial forecasts and budgets.
- Integrate data center infrastructure and operations into company-wide planning models.
- Partner with Real Estate Development Leads and Project Controls to validate and stress-test infrastructure models.
- Support diligence for construction financing and capital deployment decisions.
- Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting.
- Own full P&L, balance sheet, and capital allocation visibility for Digital Infrastructure business lines.
- Deliver timely performance reporting and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Translate operational complexity into financial insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Lead portfolio cost analysis and monitor financial performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve profitability and return on capital.
- Improve the accuracy, transparency, and speed of cross-functional financial reporting.
- Contribute to monthly and quarterly executive reports, board materials, and investor updates.
- Supervise analysts and mentor less experienced team members.
- Serve as a point of contact for finance inquiries.
- Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses.
