Build detailed financial and operational models, use data to inform strategic decisions, lead cross-functional planning analyses, develop KPIs and dashboards, support budgeting and headcount planning, manage performance against financial targets, and improve finance tools and data accuracy.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, VC/PE, or Corporate Finance at a top-tier technology company
  • Excellent financial modeling and quantitative/data analysis skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and precision
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Track record of developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to solve complex problems and drive them to completion autonomously
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities

Responsibilities

  • Build and own detailed financial and operational models
  • Use data to influence strategic decisions across Product, GTM, and business leadership
  • Lead planning analyses for cross-functional teams
  • Identify and develop KPIs and build performance dashboards
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into execution and drive accountability
  • Help run bi-annual budgeting and headcount planning cycles
  • Manage company performance against financial targets and identify course corrections
  • Build and maintain internal tools that reduce manual work and improve data accuracy
