About the Role
You will support fundraising and IPO preparation, develop financing structures for infrastructure deployments and partnerships, and analyze capital structure alternatives. You will build financial models, support M&A and strategic investments, and prepare materials for management, the Board, and investors.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in investment banking structured finance infrastructure finance project finance private equity venture debt or strategic finance
- Financial modeling and transaction execution skills
- Experience with complex financing structures
- Interest in AI infrastructure semiconductors and deep technology
Responsibilities
- Support fundraising activities and IPO preparation
- Develop and evaluate financing structures for infrastructure deployments partnerships and customer engagements
- Develop financing strategies for sovereign AI cloud and enterprise infrastructure opportunities
- Analyze debt structured equity project financing and government-backed funding alternatives
- Build financial models for strategic initiatives investments and commercial opportunities
- Support M&A strategic investments and corporate development activities
- Prepare materials for management the Board and investors
