About the Role

You will develop and deploy deep learning models for camera-based perception. You will own the model lifecycle from data curation through deployment, improve training pipelines and datasets, evaluate model performance, integrate models into the autonomy stack, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of industry experience, Master's degree with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ years
• Deep learning model development and deployment for computer vision or perception systems
• Python
• PyTorch
• Large-scale dataset training and evaluation
• Distributed compute environments
• Deep learning architectures including CNNs, transformers, and multi-task models
• Model debugging and performance analysis
• Cross-functional integration into autonomy or robotics systems

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy deep learning models for camera-based perception
• Own model development from data curation and training through evaluation and deployment
• Write production-quality ML code for scalable training, evaluation, and inference pipelines
• Analyze model performance and improve robustness and generalization
• Improve training pipelines, dataset preparation, distributed training, and experiment tracking
• Improve dataset quality, labeling strategies, and edge-case coverage
• Evaluate and integrate models into the autonomy stack
• Improve tooling, workflows, and infrastructure
• Contribute to model architecture decisions
• Mentor junior engineers
