About the Role
You will originate overcollateralised stablecoin loans backed by tier-one digital assets and RWAs. You will build and expand relationships with institutional counterparties, own secured lending relationships, develop loan structures with partners, and communicate credit views and portfolio exposures to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in credit risk, counterparty risk, or financial markets risk analysis.
- Secured lending background in digital assets, including issuing or originating loans with market makers or crypto-native trading firms, prime brokerage, securities financing, or leveraged institutional clients.
- Understanding of institutional, CeFi, and DeFi secured lending markets in digital assets.
- Ability to negotiate lending agreement terms and close complex deals with diverse counterparties.
- Financial and quantitative analytical skills to evaluate collateral frameworks and portfolio exposures and communicate credit views and progress updates.
- Experience working in a high-trust, flat hierarchy with asynchronous communication and independent creativity.
Responsibilities
- Lead loan origination with new counterparties to scale the loan book.
- Own secured lending relationships with capital allocators and institutional counterparties.
- Champion growth of secured lending allocation for USDe backing assets.
- Create secured loan structures with exchanges, custodians, brokerages, and trading firms.
