About the Role

You will lead complex customer implementations, own discovery and delivery planning, design scalable configurations, and manage implementation risks. You will coach colleagues, improve playbooks and training assets, and provide structured customer insight to Product.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of client-facing experience in legal technology or B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, professional services, delivery, or customer success, or significant relevant legal experience.
• Experience owning complex or high-value implementations end to end.
• Fluency with contracts, negotiation positions, approval processes, and commercial workflows.
• Experience working with executive legal, legal operations, and procurement audiences.
• Ability to coach others and provide constructive feedback.
• Experience crafting effective prompts for AI systems and teaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, strategically significant, or high-value customer implementations.
• Own discovery and convert competing objectives into deliverable plans.
• Design scalable configurations and explain trade-offs.
• Manage concurrent implementations against agreed timelines, milestones, and outcomes.
• Act as the escalation point for delivery risk and provide recommendations.
• Lead difficult customer conversations and recover off-track implementations.
• Coach colleagues and review work against implementation standards.
• Define and improve playbooks, configuration standards, and training assets.
• Provide structured customer insight to Product.
