About the Role
You will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for professional trading tools and the end-to-end trading experience. You will research trader needs and competitors, improve market analysis and execution workflows, define success metrics, translate requirements into intuitive experiences, manage trade-offs, and mentor product managers.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of product management experience
- Experience building professional trading tools, trading terminals, charting, market-data, execution, or trading-automation products
- Understanding of electronic trading workflows, market data, execution, position management, margin, P&L, and risk controls
- Familiarity with professional trading platforms such as TradingView, 3Commas, Bookmap, ATAS, or Quantower
- Experience owning the full product lifecycle
- Ability to use qualitative research and quantitative data for product decisions
- Experience with real-time, data-intensive, or high-performance products
- Cross-functional leadership skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and delivery for professional trading tools
- Research active and professional trader workflows, behaviours, pain points, and expectations
- Improve market analysis, charting, order execution, position management, account monitoring, and workspace customisation
- Identify advanced trading and automation opportunities
- Improve the end-to-end trading journey
- Ensure performance, stability, accuracy, usability, and transparency during market volatility
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis
- Define product success metrics and use customer, behavioural, and trading data to guide priorities
- Translate trader needs into product requirements and user experiences
- Manage delivery risks, trade-offs, and dependencies
- Communicate strategy and outcomes to senior stakeholders
- Mentor product managers
