About the Role
You will provide day-to-day technical support, resolve employee requests, provision and manage laptops, administer accounts and SaaS tools, and maintain endpoint security. You will also support office technology, train employees, document processes, and contribute to security, infrastructure, and automation projects.
Requirements
- IT support experience
- macOS troubleshooting and terminal proficiency
- Google Workspace administration familiarity
- Networking knowledge including DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN fundamentals
- Cybersecurity knowledge including endpoint security, encryption, and access controls
- Written communication
- Self-direction
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve help-desk tickets
- Manage the device lifecycle, including procurement, provisioning, shipping, offboarding, and inventory
- Run employee onboarding and offboarding
- Administer Google Workspace users, groups, aliases, and licenses
- Support endpoint compliance and enforce security policies
- Manage corporate software licenses, renewals, and access reviews
- Support office networking, AV, and office technology
- Train employees on IT systems
- Maintain runbooks, knowledge-base articles, and process documentation
