About the Role
You will lead quarterly and annual Solvency II submissions, prepare SFCR and RSR reports, and manage reporting timetables. You will interpret regulatory requirements, advise stakeholders, identify reporting risks, operate controls, maintain audit trails, and improve reporting systems, processes, and automation.
Requirements
- Hold a recognized accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA
- Have at least five years of post-qualification experience in insurance or reinsurance
- Have led Solvency II reporting for UK and European insurance entities
- Know regulatory-reporting governance, controls, and documentation
- Use advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Apply process-improvement and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual Solvency II submissions
- Prepare annual SFCR and RSR reports
- Prepare periodic reporting to the NAIC and stakeholder data requests
- Manage the regulatory-reporting timetable, inputs, and approvals
- Interpret regulatory-reporting requirements and monitor relevant changes
- Provide guidance on regulatory reporting to stakeholders
- Identify reporting risks and operate reporting controls
- Maintain process documentation, control evidence, and audit trails
- Improve regulatory-reporting systems, processes, and automation
