About the Role
You will serve as a trusted technical and payments advisor for customers implementing tokenization. You will guide customers through provisioning payment cards to mobile and web wallets, own technical implementations, configure environments, troubleshoot issues, and share API deployment best practices. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve onboarding processes and communicate customer feedback and implementation learnings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise customers in sales engineering, implementation, or technical account management
- Proficiency with APIs and ability to explain API concepts to customers
- Experience with Bruno or Postman
- Ability to understand enterprise requirements and communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing
- Ability to identify onboarding issues and develop scalable cross-functional solutions
- Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple projects against aggressive schedules
- Experience in B2B technology
- Understanding of payments issuing, including tokenization, networks, and point-of-sale
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure customer technical stakeholders understand the platform and integration process
- Own customer technical implementations, including advisement, environment configuration, and troubleshooting
- Develop and share best practices for deploying tokenization APIs
- Identify downstream impacts and handle detailed implementation tasks
- Guide customers through documentation and diagnose integration errors
- Serve as a tokenization technical resource for delivery and onboarding teams
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve technical onboarding processes
- Maintain current product expertise and surface customer feedback
- Communicate technical recommendations, regulatory constraints, and platform capabilities clearly
