Skills

About the Role

You will operate as the central operational engine of People operations, executing end-to-end onboarding, ensuring equipment, accounts, background checks, and documentation are completed before day one. You will own the HRIS as the canonical source of truth and perform regular audits to maintain accurate employee records and compensation data. You will track reviews, probation, performance cycles, compensation changes, and career progression. You will build and maintain an HR operations playbook documenting SOPs, manage benefits enrollment and terminations, respond to employee inquiries, and generate quarterly reports on headcount, turnover, and time off. You will partner with Talent Acquisition on scorecards, job descriptions, interview scheduling, and offer-to-onboarding transitions. You must handle sensitive health and disciplinary data with strict confidentiality, surface risks proactively, and balance long-term projects with daily HR support.
