About the Role
You will lead client onboarding and manage end-to-end integrations for fraud and compliance products. You will translate technical and functional requirements into practical solutions, own API and SDK documentation and integration guides, and provide hands-on support during deployments. You will monitor project quality, manage timelines, mitigate risks, drive deliverables, analyze JSON payloads and SQL queries, and relay product feedback to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles (e.g., Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst) with strong execution skills, integration and automation expertise, and experience working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personas
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
- Provide end-to-end onboarding support to clients
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents
- Analyze client requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions
- Manage implementation projects, monitor quality, manage timelines, mitigate risk, and drive deliverables
- Build deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders
