About the Role
Lead client onboarding and manage end-to-end integrations for fraud and compliance products. Translate technical and functional requirements into practical solutions, own API and SDK documentation and integration guides, support deployments, manage project quality and timelines, mitigate risks, analyze JSON payloads and SQL queries, and relay product feedback to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4+ years in technical roles with strong execution skills, integration and automation expertise, and experience working with multiple technical teams
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with OpenAPI, web development, and scripting with tools such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, and Postman
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
- Provide end-to-end onboarding support to clients
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents
- Analyze client requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions
- Manage implementation projects, monitor quality, manage timelines, mitigate risk, and drive deliverables
- Understand customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria to provide solutions
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders
