About the Role
You will manage customer engagements from discovery through investigation, solution design, deployment, enablement, and ongoing value delivery. You will design workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models using Chainalysis data, advise customers on technical and domain matters, deliver training and demonstrations, support strategic pre-sales engagements, and share investigative expertise.
Requirements
- Spoken and written Mandarin fluency
- Experience conducting or directly supporting cryptocurrency investigations, blockchain intelligence work, or financial crime analysis
- Deep familiarity with blockchain ecosystems including BTC, ETH, stablecoins, and DeFi
- Experience delivering customer-facing technical solutions
- Experience building insights from large or complex datasets and communicating findings to varied audiences
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience building notebooks, dashboards, and analytical workflows
- Understanding of data modelling, querying, and large datasets
- Knowledge of at least one domain such as financial crime investigations, cyber crime investigations, sanctions, compliance, fraud, national security, DeFi security, tax, or private sector risk
- Ability to build trusted customer relationships and explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading customer sessions, workshops, training, and technical working groups
- Experience enabling and upskilling customer teams
Responsibilities
- Own customer engagements from discovery through ongoing value delivery
- Understand customer investigative, intelligence, compliance, and operational objectives
- Design, build, and maintain custom workflows, notebooks, dashboards, queries, and data models
- Enable customers to operate solutions independently
- Act as the primary technical and domain advisor for customers
- Deliver live training, demonstrations, investigative walkthroughs, and technical briefings
- Support pre-sales technical engagement for complex and strategic deals
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Global Intel, and Sales
- Develop and share investigative techniques and best practices
