About the Role
You will serve as a trusted advisor to CXO-level leaders, partnering closely with them to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and cultural transformation. You will translate business objectives into people strategies, lead talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and career development, manage complex employee relations matters, champion diversity and inclusion, leverage people data and analytics to inform decision-making, and collaborate with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a Business Partner role supporting senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, or matrixed organization
- Track record of leading organizational design, change management, and talent management initiatives at scale
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases end to end
- Strong commercial acumen connecting people strategy to business outcomes
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics tools
- High emotional intelligence and ability to balance empathy with objectivity
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (HiBob preferred)
- Avid AI user with interest in reinventing the employee experience with AI tools
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to 2 CXO-level leaders
- Translate business objectives into people strategies that drive organizational capability and performance
- Influence and challenge senior stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Drive end-to-end talent management processes including performance calibration, succession planning, and career development
- Identify organizational design opportunities and lead restructures
- Partner with L&D to develop and deliver Manager Development Workshops
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within assigned client groups
- Manage complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary processes, and grievances
- Act as a culture champion, identifying engagement trends and building high-performing inclusive teams
- Facilitate team effectiveness sessions and leadership offsites
- Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Partner with Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated people solutions
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, programs, and processes
