About the Role
You will identify ecosystem opportunities, develop partnerships, and run global and regional growth campaigns for X Layer and OKX Wallet. You will research public blockchain ecosystems, engage user communities, develop user insights, define growth metrics, analyze campaign performance, and work with product, engineering, design, marketing, data, and regional stakeholders to improve user experiences.
Requirements
- Have experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, user growth, community operations, or campaign operations
- Provide verifiable case studies of projects personally led
- Be proficient with wallets, DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and mainstream dApps
- Understand token approvals, gas fees, slippage, liquidity, and on-chain user journeys
- Understand public blockchain ecosystem-building, project onboarding, application distribution, user acquisition, liquidity, and communities
- Have experience independently planning and executing campaigns
- Analyze conversion funnels, retention, and campaign costs
- Demonstrate communication, project-management, execution, English communication, and copywriting skills
Responsibilities
- Research public blockchain ecosystems and identify partnership and operational opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with project teams, communities, and ecosystem partners
- Drive co-marketing campaigns, application promotion, and user education
- Develop user segmentation and feedback mechanisms
- Lead campaign planning, budgeting, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis
- Define and analyze user-growth, activity, retention, and partner-growth metrics
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, marketing, data, and regional stakeholders
