About the Role
Design, develop, and implement blockchain solutions and protocol components using Go. Build load-testing and protocol-benchmarking tools, optimize networking and storage subsystems, implement concurrency-safe code, work with gRPC, Cosmos SDK, Tendermint, and CosmWasm, contribute to CI pipelines, perform code reviews, and collaborate with distributed peers.
Requirements
- Experience with Tendermint
- Experience with Cosmos SDK
- Experience with CosmWasm
- Proficiency in Go, including concurrency primitives, packages, and reflection
- Deep understanding of networking, storage, operating systems, data structures, and compilers
- Experience with gRPC
- Experience with UNIX-like systems and TCP/IP and HTTP
- Experience with Git and GitHub workflows and peer reviews
- Experience in agile development and distributed teams
- Experience setting up and working with CI systems
- Basic understanding of smart contracts
- Experience with the IPFS protocol
- Fluent English
- Interest in proof-of-stake consensus algorithms, public-key cryptography, and security
Responsibilities
- Design blockchain architectures and protocol components
- Develop and implement blockchain node and protocol code in Go
- Create tools for load testing and protocol benchmarking
- Optimize networking, storage, and concurrency subsystems
- Integrate and maintain continuous integration systems
- Perform code reviews and collaborate with distributed teams
- Explore and evaluate new Go languages and toolchains such as Gno.land
