About the Role
You will build end-to-end fiat on-ramp and off-ramp experiences, from user-facing interfaces to backend order orchestration, settlement, and payment-provider integrations. You will develop P2P Market capabilities, ensure reliable payment operations through reconciliation and monitoring, and independently take ideas from MVP to production.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a product company.
- Experience with ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Experience with Python.
- Experience with payment products is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of transactional consistency, idempotency, reconciliation, and provider-failure handling.
- Product and customer orientation.
- Ability to build quick MVPs and sophisticated systems.
- B1+ English.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end on-ramp and off-ramp flows.
- Integrate and maintain payment, banking, compliance, and fraud providers.
- Develop P2P Market features including matching, escrow, disputes, and merchant tooling.
- Ensure transaction reliability through idempotency, reconciliation, retries, monitoring, and alerting.
- Take features from idea to production, including MVPs.
- Work remotely or from company offices with individual responsibility.
