About the Role
You will act as the primary architect and developer responsible for evaluating, redesigning, and implementing both backend and frontend systems. You will design robust APIs, build responsive and interactive UIs with React and React Native, ensure end-to-end integration, optimize data handling and performance, implement security and authentication, integrate third-party services, perform code reviews, and make long-term architectural decisions.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Lead Backend Engineer or Senior Backend Engineer
- Proficiency in Golang
- Experience with Rust or C++
- Strong software architecture skills and knowledge of design patterns (MVC, MVCS, SOLID)
- Experience building services for tens of thousands to millions of concurrent users
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL), caches (Redis), and message queues
- Well-proven knowledge of networking protocols (TCP, UDP, QUIC, WebSockets, WebTransport)
- Experience building asynchronous real-time services (preferred)
- Experience with networking libraries such as libp2p and ZeroMQ (preferred)

- Evaluate and optimize backend and frontend systems
- Design and develop RESTful APIs and server-side events
- Integrate backend services with frontend applications
- Build responsive user interfaces with React and React Native
- Optimize data retrieval and processing for large datasets
- Implement authentication and role-based access control
- Integrate external systems and third-party APIs
- Monitor, debug, and maintain performance across stack
- Drive architectural and technical decisions
- Translate UI/UX designs into accessible frontend components
- Perform code reviews for backend and frontend code
- Develop interactive client-side features such as real-time updates
