About the Role
You will integrate vision-language-action models into humanoid and industrial robots. You will design robotics software architectures, develop applications across robot and sensor platforms, maintain shared software stacks, and evaluate promising external robotics and AI components.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent qualification in robotics, computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Around four years of robotics software development experience
- Experience building or integrating vision-language-action models on physical robots
- C++ proficiency
- CMake proficiency
- Python proficiency
- Shell scripting proficiency
- Git proficiency
- ROS 2 robot software development experience
Responsibilities
- Integrate VLA models into robot software stacks for manipulation and task execution
- Design and implement AI-enhanced robotics software components and architectures
- Develop applications that operate across changing robot and sensor platforms
- Review and maintain shared robotics software stacks
- Track robotics and AI software developments and integrate promising external components
