About the Role
You will build and maintain full-stack applications, develop React interfaces, and create Go backend services. You will build microservices, guide architecture decisions, improve production performance, write tests, participate in technical reviews, and join the on-call rotation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience
- Proficiency in React and modern frontend development
- Backend experience in Go or a similar language
- Knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and event-based communication
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Knowledge of observability, monitoring, and performance optimization
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues
- Business-level Korean and English
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications
- Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React
- Build and maintain backend services using Go and event-driven architectures
- Build microservices using Docker and Kubernetes
- Drive architecture decisions that improve performance, resiliency, and maintainability
- Collaborate to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Monitor, debug, and improve application performance and reliability
- Write automated tests and follow CI/CD practices
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents
