About the Role
You will own the engineering lifecycle from design through production support. You will build and maintain full-stack applications, lead architectural decisions, improve reliability and performance, collaborate on feature requirements, review code, mentor developers, and respond to production incidents.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional software engineering experience
- Experience owning and delivering end-to-end features in production
- Familiarity with modern frameworks, DDD, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions
- Experience with development and operational aspects of software
- Prior senior-level mentoring or guidance experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Right to work in the jurisdiction of employment
Responsibilities
- Own software engineering from design and development through deployment, monitoring, and maintenance
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams on feature requirements
- Lead architectural decisions for scalable and maintainable solutions
- Establish monitoring, alerting, and support processes
- Mentor junior developers
- Participate in code reviews for quality, security, and performance
- Troubleshoot production issues and participate in incident response
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications
- Optimize application performance and resolve complex technical issues
- Evaluate emerging technologies
