Own features and products across the stack, gather requirements, prototype quickly, and ship production-ready TypeScript, React, and Node.js systems. Design APIs and database schemas, ensure reliability through testing and monitoring, operate services with Docker and Kubernetes, and integrate with external partners and customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fullstack development experience
- 3+ years with TypeScript and Node.js and a modern frontend framework, preferably React
- Fluency with relational databases and SQL
- Proven ability to ship production frontend and backend systems with high uptime
- Strong product instincts and experience working from Figma designs
- Experience working directly with external partners and customers on integrations
- MVP mindset and ability to scope, ship, learn, and iterate
- Commitment to clean code principles and automated testing
- Deep understanding of API design, versioning, documentation, and modern authentication patterns
- Excellent communication and experience collaborating in remote asynchronous environments
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Experience prototyping and launching customer-facing products
- Familiarity with performance profiling and latency reduction
- Background in event-driven architectures
- Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Hands-on crypto development experience and blockchain infrastructure integration are preferred
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of features and products across the stack
- Gather requirements from product, design, operations, finance, and external partners
- Prototype quickly and scope MVP milestones
- Design and implement frontend interfaces using TypeScript and React
- Design and implement backend services using Node.js
- Design APIs, versioning, and authentication patterns
- Design relational database schemas and write SQL
- Ensure production reliability, uptime, and minimal maintenance burden
- Implement automated tests and maintain clean code
- Operate and deploy services with Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitor systems and dashboards with Prometheus and Grafana
- Profile performance and reduce latency
- Integrate with external partners and customer systems
