About the Role
You will design and deliver bespoke solutions across the Avalanche stack for regulated institutional partners. You will work with AvalancheGo, EVM, interoperability, validator infrastructure, enterprise deployment constraints, security assessments, SDKs, and developer tooling. You will turn recurring partner needs into reusable artifacts, runbooks, documentation, and improved platform capabilities while representing technical requirements clearly to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Hands-on Avalanche or comparable L1/L2 experience
- Client implementation experience
- EVM knowledge
- Cross-chain messaging knowledge
- Validator infrastructure experience
- Experience with enterprise or on-premise deployments
- Experience with AI coding assistants and agentic tooling
- Customer-facing enterprise or institutional experience
- Strong documentation and operational discipline
- Blockchain infrastructure production experience
- Financial institution proof-of-concept or deployment experience
Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery for institutional partners
- Design solutions across the Avalanche stack
- Pair with Enterprise Go-to-Market on proofs of concept
- Implement blockchain infrastructure for regulated institutions
- Respond to security assessments and technical diligence
- Maintain developer tooling and SDKs
- Build runbooks and technical documentation
- Abstract bespoke solutions into reusable artifacts
- Mentor engineers and assume ownership of named partners
