About the Role
You will develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents. You will integrate agents with external systems, troubleshoot enterprise deployments, gather technical requirements, deliver demonstrations and proofs of concept, coordinate implementation projects, and advise customers on architecture, security, scalability, and AI-agent adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of full-time experience in software development, consulting, AI/ML engineering, system integration, or Forward Deployed Engineering

Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, deploy, and optimize AI agents
- Build integrations with APIs, databases, CRMs, and external systems
- Optimize agent prompts and configurations and troubleshoot enterprise issues
- Gather technical requirements and translate business needs into AI-agent solutions
- Conduct demos, build proofs of concept, and refine solutions from feedback
- Define milestones and implementation plans and coordinate delivery
- Provide product and engineering feedback from deployments
- Advise customers on AI-agent architecture, security, scalability, and adoption
