About the Role
YOU will lead the finance technology transformation as a strategic hands on Systems Engineer focused on Oracle Fusion. You will own the architecture and scaling of the technology stack powering the core financial engine across Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement and FP&A. You will operate with an AI first engineering mindset. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in financial systems architecture with Oracle Fusion and a product minded approach that uses AI assisted development to automate financial workflows and compress delivery cycles. You will partner closely with business leaders, product managers, and data engineers to drive high impact transformation across Oracle Fusion, in house applications, integration platforms, and enterprise LLMs.
Requirements
- Oracle Fusion expertise with hands on experience configuring customizing and supporting Oracle FAH GL SLA and BIP
- Strong data engineering skills including relational databases and advanced SQL and PL SQL
- Experience in systems architecture with accounting process transformations, financial data modeling, and end to end solution architecture
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python Go or Java
Responsibilities
- Drive AI first development embedding AI assisted tools into daily workflow to accelerate code generation automate testing and elevate delivery velocity
- Architect scalable financial solutions design and maintain robust data models and solution architectures to support complex accounting operations and downstream reporting
- Build intelligent integrations architect build and support seamless integrations between accounting systems data lakes and internal applications using SQL PL SQL REST SOAP JSON
- Operational excellence identify system inefficiencies and deploy automation to scale financial workflows
- Own technical execution translate complex accounting principles and business requirements into concrete scalable technical designs and comprehensive documentation
