About the Role

Build real product features and platform components across the front end, back end, infrastructure, or on-chain systems. Own scoped projects end-to-end from problem definition through monitoring while collaborating with design and engineering teams to deliver fast, reliable, and secure experiences.

Requirements

  • Hands-on software-building experience through courses, personal projects, research, or internships in languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Rust, Java, or C/C++.
  • Ability to write clear, tested code.
  • Solid computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and systems thinking.
  • Familiarity with Git and basic debugging.
  • Ability to make informed trade-offs with business context, along with high agency and a team-first mindset.
  • Curiosity about DeFi and crypto; prior domain experience is not required.
  • Preferred experience in full-stack web, backend APIs and services, infrastructure or DevOps, or on-chain and low-level systems.
  • Preferred familiarity with blockchain technology, with Solana experience a plus.
  • Preferred interest or experience in fintech or trading.
  • Rust or TypeScript proficiency preferred.
