About the Role

Manage statutory financial accounting and group reporting, including consolidated statements under IFRS and US GAAP. Work with auditors and cross-functional stakeholders, develop accounting policies, advise on technical accounting, improve controls and processes, support tax accounting, and lead special projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in complex group consolidation
• Experience in a US IPO project or announcements to US stock exchanges
• Degree in Accountancy or accounting qualification
• Competence in IFRS and US GAAP
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Oracle or Hyperion experience is an advantage
• Experience with data analytic tools is an advantage
• Crypto knowledge is preferred
• Command of English and Chinese

Responsibilities

• Manage statutory financial accounting and group reporting
• Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP
• Collaborate with auditors, legal counsel, tax, business, and regional finance teams
• Develop group accounting policies
• Advise on technical accounting issues
• Establish and improve internal controls and business processes
• Ensure tax accounting aligns with statutory tax requirements
• Undertake valuation, internal control, M&A, accounting standards, and system implementation projects
• Improve business and finance processes
