About the Role
You will own RTL design and microarchitecture development for a portion of a high-performance RISC-V CPU block. You will collaborate on functional, timing, and power goals, optimize power, performance, and area, support validation, and improve RTL tools and methodologies.
Requirements
- CPU microarchitecture experience
- Knowledge of rename, scheduler, reorder buffer, load store, branch prediction, cache, or datapath
- Verilog or VHDL coding skills
- Simulation, synthesis, and power-analysis tool familiarity
- RTL and logic debugging experience
- Microarchitecture definition and design specification experience
- Performance-driven trade-off analysis
