About the Role
You will lead a modern device-management project and manage enterprise endpoint platforms. You will design Intune provisioning, policies, profiles, remediation scripts, packaging, testing, deployment, patching, and automation workflows. You will troubleshoot endpoint issues, build self-healing and observability capabilities, and support application deployment at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Intune Autopilot design and management experience
- 5+ years of Intune policy, configuration profile, and remediation script experience
- 5+ years of Intune packaging, testing, and deployment experience
- 5+ years of Intune Autopatch release-management experience
- 5+ years of PowerShell and Graph API automation experience
- Cloud infrastructure design and implementation experience
- Endpoint troubleshooting experience
- Apple device management experience is preferred
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator certification is recommended
Responsibilities
- Manage a modern device-management project
- Design and manage Intune Autopilot provisioning
- Develop and deploy Intune policies, configuration profiles, and remediation scripts
- Package, test, and deploy applications through Intune
- Manage patching and releases with Intune Autopatch
- Build PowerShell and Graph API automation workflows
- Troubleshoot endpoint engineering issues across hardware, software, networks, and applications
- Define and execute self-healing and observability capabilities
- Support application deployment to laptops and desktops
- Perform monitoring, triage, and root-cause analysis
