About the Role
You will take technical ownership of complex PCBAs. You will develop board architecture, schematics, layouts, prototypes, and production handovers; improve the PCBA portfolio; define verification protocols; integrate electronics into robots; and uphold engineering standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field
- At least 7 years of hands-on electronics-board development experience
- Expert proficiency with ECAD software and SPICE
- Experience laying out complex safety-critical designs
- Experience with harsh-environment design, EMI/EMC compliance, and functional safety standards
- Expertise in debugging, verification, and manufacturing test specifications
- Proficiency in at least two areas among BMS, power electronics, motor drives, high-speed interfaces, and MCU-based embedded systems
Responsibilities
- Own technical product care for complex PCBAs
- Drive PCBA development from architecture and schematics through layout, prototyping, debugging, and production handover
- Review and simplify the PCBA portfolio
- Establish test specifications and verification protocols
- Integrate electronics with systems engineers and cross-functional teams
- Champion engineering standards
