About the Role

You will lead and develop AI engineers and researchers while remaining hands-on in the design, evaluation, and production deployment of autonomous agent systems. You will own end-to-end agent product delivery, establish benchmark-driven evaluation frameworks, build reliable agent-harness infrastructure, and orchestrate LLM reasoning with deterministic guardrails. You will integrate AI capabilities into engineering workflows and align technical direction with product, engineering, and business priorities.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred
• 10+ years of experience in AI or machine learning research, productization, or platform development
• Deep expertise in LLMs, Generative AI, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and recommendation systems
• Proven track record of translating AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes
• End-to-end delivery experience with autonomous AI Agent products
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into engineering and development workflows
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English

• Build, manage, and develop a team of AI engineers and researchers
• Own hiring, growth, and performance across the AI function
• Lead end-to-end delivery of autonomous AI Agent products

• Design and implement Agent Harness infrastructure

• Embed AI Agent capabilities into core products and engineering pipelines
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align technical direction with strategic priorities
