About the Role

You will solve machine learning problems involving user understanding and task prediction. You will create LLM workflows, optimize reinforcement learning and fine-tuning approaches, develop evaluation loops, and maintain ML pipelines for enterprise and knowledge graph construction. You will measure data and model quality, collaborate on production-ready solutions, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience in machine learning engineering
• BA/BS in computer science, mathematics, sciences, or a related field
• Ability to design, build, and ship production-ready models and systems
• Expertise in ML evaluation, benchmarking, and data quality
• Proficiency with an ML framework such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
