About the Role
You will develop and maintain production machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, training, validation, and deployment. You will help modernize a rules-heavy detection system into an automated AI and ML engine, solve challenging data problems, and collaborate across engineering, analytics, operations, and compliance.
Requirements
- 7+ years of engineering experience in the machine learning domain
- Python
- Experience with the full machine learning model lifecycle in production
- Experience using big data to build model data pipelines
- Software engineering, data engineering, and MLOps principles
- Data science, statistics, and machine learning techniques
- PySpark, Trino SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, Pandas, MLflow, or similar MLOps frameworks
- Airflow
- Kubernetes, Docker, Argo Workflows, Prometheus, and Grafana
- Experience leading projects from ideation through deployment
- Stakeholder communication
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production machine learning pipelines for data ingestion, training, validation, and deployment
- Upgrade a rules-heavy system into an automated AI and ML detection engine
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to develop fintech models
- Collaborate with operations and compliance teams to support worldwide model operation
- Address class imbalance and incomplete ground-truth challenges
- Support good engineering practices
