About the Role
You will operate, maintain, and improve requirements-management platforms, including Polarion ALM. You will build a requirements-as-code solution, develop integrations and automations across the software delivery lifecycle, use CI/CD pipelines and AI-assisted tools, and collaborate with delivery stakeholders on traceability from requirements through production.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or in a comparable technical role
- Experience operating and improving business-critical applications and platforms
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Angular, REST APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with enterprise environments
- Experience with Polarion ALM, Groovy, or comparable technologies
- German and English proficiency
- Knowledge of modern engineering practices, AI tools, and specifications as code
Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and enhance requirements-management platforms
- Operate Polarion ALM and drive its continuous improvement
- Build and implement a requirements-as-code solution using a spec-driven-development approach
- Develop and operate solutions, integrations, and automations across the software delivery lifecycle
- Use CI/CD pipelines and AI-assisted tools for development, analysis, testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, testers, architects, product owners, and other stakeholders
