About the Role
You will lead branding projects from research through execution, creating identities and end-to-end digital experiences. You will design web interfaces, wireframes, screens, and prototypes that incorporate interaction, motion, and 3D. You will establish design systems and style guidelines, create and deliver presentations and written rationales, and present work to clients. You will collaborate with design leads, illustrators, motion designers, and technical contributors to ensure design integrity and accessibility across platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience with 3+ years in a Senior Designer role within an agency
- Experience leading branding projects and conducting research and trend analysis
- Experience designing interactive websites using three.js WebGL React Three Fiber Unity Unreal Engine and GSAP
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Figma Sketch and Cinema 4D
- Experience creating design systems style guidelines and scalable layouts
- Experience presenting work and interfacing with clients
- User centric design approach with accessibility considerations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphic Design Digital Media or a related field
- Bonus experience animating 2D and 3D objects characters props and environments
- Bonus experience with crypto NFTs blockchain technology and Web3
- Bonus experience with project management
Responsibilities
- Lead brand projects starting with research and competitor analysis
- Define and develop interactive brands and digital experiences
- Establish design systems and style guidelines for type color UI iconography illustration motion 3D photography and videography
- Design wireframes screens and prototypes to illustrate interaction motion and 3D behavior
- Design scalable layouts for web mobile and presentations
- Present work and deliver written design rationales to internal and client audiences
- Collaborate with design leaders and multidisciplinary contributors to ensure design integrity
- Apply user centric design with accessibility and contextual storytelling considerations
- Deliver high quality creative work to client reviews and critiques
