About the Role
You will own the strategy and execution of targeted demand-generation programs for priority accounts. You will build and run one-to-one ABM campaigns, collaborate with Sales on account planning and follow-up, create seller enablement, coordinate multi-channel outreach, and measure pipeline outcomes to build scalable playbooks.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of B2B marketing experience across demand generation, ABM, and pipeline-generating programs
- Hands-on experience building targeted ABM programs for strategic enterprise accounts
- Ability to create and accelerate pipeline through targeted demand-generation programs
- Understanding of enterprise buying cycles, buying groups, and stakeholder engagement
- Experience partnering with AEs, SDRs, and Sales leadership on account strategy, targeting, and pipeline goals
- Writing and messaging skills with experience building campaigns from concept through launch
- Ability to use data to evaluate program performance and investment opportunities
- Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and ABM or intent platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, or Demandbase
- Ability to commit to a five-day in-office work week in Seattle
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Lead demand-generation strategy for priority accounts to create qualified pipeline and accelerate opportunities
- Build and run one-to-one ABM programs using tailored messaging, content, executive outreach, direct mail, and digital touchpoints
- Own account selection, segmentation, and tiering with Sales
- Develop account and buying-group intelligence and turn insights into actionable campaigns
- Orchestrate multi-channel programs across email, LinkedIn, ABM platforms, direct mail, and executive outreach
- Partner with AEs, SDRs, and Sales leadership on account planning, outbound strategy, follow-up, and next-best actions
- Create seller-ready account briefs, messaging, talk tracks, and sequences
- Collaborate with digital marketing partners to incorporate paid media and digital acquisition
- Measure engagement, pipeline, conversion, and program performance
- Build repeatable campaigns, processes, and playbooks to scale demand generation and ABM
