About the Role
You will define and implement the data strategy, design and build reliable data infrastructure and pipelines, manage the analytics product roadmap, own analytics projects end-to-end, translate stakeholder needs into analytical solutions, conduct user-focused analysis, and hire and mentor data practitioners.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of demonstrated data science leadership experience
- Expertise in project management and data science analytics
- Self-starter with a founder mentality and strong ownership
- Empathy and experience learning from users to discover needs
- Effective communication and cross-organizational interfacing skills
- Bonus: experience on trading projects
- Bonus: familiarity with the crypto space
