About the Role
You will own attribution algorithms for a risk category, translate domain expertise into production-grade intelligence, collaborate across network, on-chain, and protocol layers, and ship evaluated heuristics, machine learning models, and data pipelines that drive measurable customer outcomes.
Requirements
- Quantitative background in computer science, statistics, engineering, economics, or physics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hypothesis-driven, iterative approach.
- Domain curiosity or expertise in blockchain, fraud, money laundering, or cybercrime.
- Six or more years in an analytical role with strong SQL, Python, and AI-assisted coding skills.
- Experience with Spark, BigQuery, Airflow, and production code.
- Strong async communication skills and ability to work independently remotely.
- At least four hours of overlap with PST business hours.
- Bonus experience in deep machine learning, crypto, financial crime, or financial institutions.

- Identify high-impact targets and build heuristics, machine learning models, and AI agents.
- Ship production-quality solutions with rigorous evaluation and scalable architecture.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and translate customer needs into actionable intelligence.
- Navigate network, on-chain, and protocol layers to uncover unique patterns.
- Drive measurable outcomes involving illicit funds traced, seized, or prevented.
