About the Role
Triage security alerts across SIEM, EDR, identity, network, and cloud platforms; contribute to AI security governance controls; improve SOC operations through scripting, AI, and machine learning; investigate phishing, malware, account compromise, and unauthorized access; identify root causes; analyze impact; and contain attacks.
Requirements
- Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer, Engineering, or a related field
- Fluency in English and Chinese Mandarin is preferred
- Script programming or AI and machine learning skills are preferred
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end incident investigation or threat hunting
- Experience with SIEM, EDR/XDR, cloud, or identity security tools
- Understanding of attack chains, MITRE ATT&CK, and forensic analysis
- 8 years or more of relevant SOC operations or security incident response experience
Responsibilities
- Triage security alerts across SIEM, EDR, identity, network, and cloud platforms
- Contribute to AI security governance frameworks and controls
- Write scripts or leverage AI and machine learning to automate alert triage
- Summarize security logs and execute rapid incident response
- Investigate phishing, malware, account compromise, and unauthorized access
- Identify root causes and analyze impacts
- Contain security attacks
