About the Role
You will lead field execution and full lifecycle delivery of electrical infrastructure projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, contractors, approvals, equipment delivery, commissioning, and turnover for substations, data-center power systems, and battery energy storage systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5 years of construction project management experience
- Ability to work at elevated heights and around energized high-voltage equipment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Availability for extended hours and weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel occasionally
Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle delivery of electrical construction projects
- Manage field operations, contractor performance, safety, quality, and trade coordination
- Perform scheduling, cost tracking, change management, and progress reporting
- Coordinate contractors, fabricators, equipment manufacturers, utilities, and internal stakeholders
- Resolve construction conflicts across high-voltage, medium-voltage, and low-voltage scopes
- Develop and manage project budgets and forecasts
- Evaluate contractor and vendor proposals and support contract administration
- Drive governmental approvals, inspections, and utility interconnection activities
- Coordinate equipment delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and turnover
- Support electrical capacity planning, space allocation, and load-growth coordination
