About Plutus
Plutus provides a bank-like app with a loyalty rewards Debit Card, allowing customers to earn rewards in “Pluton (PLU).” These tokenised loyalty rewards can be swapped for real-world use, including card top-ups for spending at any store, travel discounts, and other benefits at over 50 Perk Partners. The platform was created to address the lack of support from banks and merchants for using web3 technologies in daily life and the limited value of traditional loyalty reward systems. Since its inception in 2015, Plutus has grown to serve over 125,000 customers, facilitating significant transaction volumes through its legacy decentralized exchange (PlutusDEX) and issuing millions in rewards.

About the Role
You will make sure Plutus complies with all relevant Lithuanian regulations and laws, keeping up to date with changes in the regulatory environment. You will prepare the firm for MiCA legislation compliance, develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, and monitor and report on compliance obligations. You will identify and address compliance risks, conduct crypto-related investigations, and handle SAR reporting to FCIS (FNTT) along with EDD investigations. You will also take on general compliance tasks as needed.
Requirements

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Finance knowledge
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in financial regulation and compliance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field a plus
- Knowledge of Lithuanian regulations
- Experience in the cryptocurrency industry
- Certification in compliance or related fields
- AML experience
- Legal background is a plus
- Native of Lithuania - speaks local language
