About the Role

You will drive general banking-regulation compliance initiatives, provide expertise in selected regulatory areas, maintain the Compliance Framework, assess compliance risks, and turn findings into practical recommendations. You will advise, support, and challenge stakeholders as products and processes evolve.

Requirements

Experience with Danish banking regulation
Compliance or risk-management experience in a first- or second-line role
Analytical risk assessment
Stakeholder management
Understanding of core banking activities and products
Ability to explain regulatory reasoning to non-compliance stakeholders

Responsibilities

Drive compliance initiatives across general banking regulation
Provide subject-matter expertise in two regulatory areas
Implement and maintain the Compliance Framework
Monitor and assess compliance risks
Turn risk findings into actionable recommendations
Advise stakeholders on regulatory questions
