About the Role
You will lead complex early-phase oncology trials from start-up through close-out. You will coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external partners, manage vendors, timelines, budgets, risks, study documents, data review, and training. You will ensure compliant, high-quality, inspection-ready trial delivery and mentor junior clinical operations staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive clinical trial management experience
- Experience managing global multi-site clinical trials and CRO partners
- Oncology clinical trial experience
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA and EMA regulations, and global regulatory requirements
- Proficiency with CTMS, eTMF, IRT, EDC, and safety database systems
Responsibilities
- Lead clinical trials from start-up through close-out
- Lead cross-functional study teams
- Develop enrollment, site management, and monitoring strategies
- Oversee CRO and vendor performance
- Conduct ongoing data review and support query resolution
- Develop study documents, operational tools, project plans, and budgets
- Lead training for investigators, site personnel, and internal staff
- Identify, assess, and escalate operational risks
- Mentor junior clinical operations staff
- Travel up to 10% for study oversight and site engagement
