You will analyze complex business problems, lead requirements elicitation and grooming sessions, author user stories, produce business requirement artifacts, assess impacts on functionality and processes, collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project life cycle, and support training and user needs assessment.
Requirements
- 4+ years of business execution, implementation, or strategic planning experience
- Business analyst experience
- Payments experience with ISO 20022, Wires, SWIFT, ACH, sanctions, investigations, or electronic payments
- Agile project experience
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Experience writing user stories
- Business requirements gathering experience
- Process improvement experience
- Root cause analysis skills
- Financial services industry experience
- Risk management and mitigation experience
- MS Office proficiency

Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business clients and technical organizations
- Plan, conduct, and direct complex business problem analysis
- Lead requirements elicitation sessions
- Assess impacts to existing functionality and business processes
- Lead or participate in grooming sessions
- Author user stories
- Attend size and commitment sessions
- Provide feedback in retrospectives
- Produce use cases, business rules, message rules, user stories, non-functional specifications, and business validation plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders on complex projects
- Support projects from inception through post-install transition
- Develop training with user groups
- Resolve user questions and assess user needs
