About the Role

You will lead brand campaign strategy and activation, build systems that scale brand work, and manage the brand agency relationship. You will activate the brand across customer and employee journeys, maintain brand skills and repositories, partner on product experiences, and use metrics and research to improve strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years building brands, ideally at a high-growth B2B technology company
• Brand strategy and execution experience
• Experience or knowledge of agentic AI in a brand context
• Agency management experience
• Experience working with product teams
• Experience building scalable brand systems
• Brand measurement and analytics
• Written and presentation communication

Responsibilities

• Lead brand campaign strategy and activation
• Partner with product marketing on integrated go-to-market campaigns
• Activate the brand across customer and employee journeys
• Manage AI-native brand operations, including brand skills and standards
• Partner with product and design on brand expression in the product
• Manage the brand agency relationship
• Define and measure brand and campaign metrics
• Conduct competitive and market research
• Build and maintain a brand repository, assets, guidelines, templates, and toolkits
• Drive internal brand adoption and enablement
