About the Role
You will own the design of brand-facing sales and marketing collateral, including one-pagers, decks, and pitch materials. You will build reusable templates and guidelines, evaluate and improve event design direction, and lead visual identity, signage, stage graphics, swag, and attendee materials through production.
Requirements
- 7-10+ years of experience in brand or graphic design
- Portfolio demonstrating print, digital, and event design
- Experience designing sales and marketing collateral
- Expertise in Figma
- Experience working within and evolving a brand system
- Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and executive stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Design sales and marketing collateral including one-pagers, decks, and pitch materials
- Build reusable design templates, components, and guidelines
- Audit and prioritize design deliverables
- Develop event visual identity, signage, stage graphics, swag, and attendee materials
- Lead conference design production through completion
- Propose improvements to the broader brand system
