About the Role
YOU will own and evolve the brand identity across touchpoints You will lead campaigns from concept through execution You will design for a wide range of touchpoints including website socials events digital content campaigns merchandise cards and packaging You will be the in house brand ambassador ensuring every touchpoint stays true to our identity and mission You will work closely with product marketing and development teams to create design that looks great and builds trust in a fintech context You will templatise processes and brand guidelines so the wider design team can pick them up and produce consistent on brand work You will push creative standards and raise the quality bar across the whole company
Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience, most of it at advertising or design agencies
- Some in house experience is a plus, especially within tech or financial services
- A strong portfolio showing brand identity work, campaign creative, and multiformat execution
- A real curiosity about fintech, crypto, and where design and technology meet
- Comfortable in a fast moving startup environment You dont wait to be told what to do
- An understanding of product and how ux product design fits alongside brand You dont design in a silo
- AI native in how you work You lean on AI tools especially Claude to expand your skills learn fast and move quicker on ideation production and problem solving
- Fluency across Figma Adobe Creative Suite
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve KAST's brand identity, keeping it consistent and unmistakably ours across every touchpoint
- Lead campaigns from concept through to execution, covering ideation, art direction, and final delivery
- Design for a wide range of touchpoints, including our website, socials, events, digital content, campaigns, merchandise, cards and packaging
- Be the in house brand ambassador, ensuring every touchpoint stays true to our identity and mission
- Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to create design that looks great and builds trust in a fintech context
- Templatise processes and brand guidelines so the wider design team can pick them up and produce consistent, on brand work
- Push creative standards and raise the quality bar across the whole company
