About the Role
You create disruptive Web3 applications, develop backend systems connecting Web3 and fintech, become a subject matter expert in payments and Web3, understand asset flows from a smart contract perspective, build reusable cross-chain libraries, and maintain and extend client- and server-side applications.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering
- 2+ years of experience as a blockchain developer
- Experience with NodeJs, MongoDB, MySQL, AWS, and Kafka
- Familiarity with Web3, Ethers, Hardhat, OpenZeppelin tooling, and smart contract debugging
- Strong understanding of blockchains, smart contracts, dApps, wallets, and standards
- Mastery of applied encryption principles
- Experience leading third-party integrations
- Familiarity with crypto-economic protocol design
- Experience building systems for financial markets
