About the Role
You will design, build, and deploy generative AI systems for code review and developer productivity workflows. You will develop retrieval pipelines and agentic workflows, monitor production performance, analyze feedback and usage data, and apply ranking, reward modeling, and RLHF techniques to improve response quality.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years applying ML or LLM-based systems in production environments
- At least 2 years of industry experience focused on generative AI
