About the Role
You will lead testing from requirements analysis through release and production support. You will translate requirements into test coverage and scenarios, identify risks and gaps early, execute manual and automated tests, manage defects, and contribute to test strategy, release planning, quality reporting, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities
- Lead testing activities across the full software development lifecycle
- Translate business and technical requirements into test coverage, matrices and scenarios
- Identify risks, dependencies and gaps through shift-left testing
- Execute functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing
- Support test automation using Selenium and Cucumber
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Developers
- Manage defects through to resolution
- Provide oversight, peer review and support to distributed testing teams
- Contribute to test strategy, release planning, quality reporting and stakeholder communications
- Advocate for quality and identify risks before they become delivery issues
